Ford Taunus V4 4 speed gear box

This car was last registered in 1984. Meaning it sat for40 years before I found it. Amazingly, the engine turned over immediately.

Over a 2-year period I went through every system andeither rebuilt them or replaced with new. The trunk floor was gone and thefloor boards had holes in places. These were repaired as well as the jackpoints. There is however, minor surface rust remaining in places

It's time to sell my Saab 900, I haven't been using it as much as I thought I would this year. It drives fine and I've done a few thousand miles this year since buying it. The longest trip being 300 miles up from the South Coast and it's been regularly commuted on a 60 mile round trip. Electric windows and sunroof all work without issue. A sad sale of a very well loved classic. In my ownership for about 10 years but sadly seen very little road use. Recently taxed and MOT'd (and new exhaust fitted as some rascal stole my cat) and very much enjoyed over summer. Reluctant sale due to wife telling me I have too many cars and we need space for visitors. They can park on the road as far as I'm concerned. But happy wife happy life as they say
