Our campervan has just failed it's MOT. Structural repairs needed. Significant amount of welding needed 1.9 petrol engine starts first time every time. Water cooled 140, 625 miles (even though the MOT says 40, 625!) Layout is a u-shaped Autosleeper. Here is my caravelle camper , she??s a 1985 so tax exempt in 1 year, original uk model , her name is Brown Betty ..
Firstly she is a 2 litre petrol , and she has a 5 speed gearbox so she can cruise at 70 no problem, also she has a fully working heater for those colder months

This age is when they went water cooled, but still have thesuper reliable flat four boxer engine. It has the original engine, but has hadair filter replaced with the Webber carburettor upgrade so cleanable filter, and a bit more poke. It has 5 gears so will happily keep up with modern trafficand cruse at 60+mph

Vehicle needs some jobs to finish including locks, heater duct and cables, door seals, washer pipe, all basic jobs and some parts included.
