1995 Rover Mini. Reluctantly selling due to a change in circumstances.

This is a 1995 Rover Mini Cooper 1 3i in good mechanical running condition with 51, 547 miles. The interior is in need of restoration and the body has some rust spot but is in good structural condition. I am selling my little 1275GT mini cooper due to not having the time to look after her anymore, with work and family
The MOT has run out and also currently set as SORN.
The sunroof will need replacing, as the rubber seals have decayed slightly and water got in, as a result I have removed the inner carpets also. Apart from that, she is sound

I bought this body from a garage clear-out. It was first registered in England in 1975. In 1979 it came to Northern Ireland and was taxed in Northern Ireland for 4 months. Since then it has been dry-stored. There is no rust on the sills or boot floor; the inside sill, rear glove boxes, and boot floor have no rust.
