1978 Pontiac, Trans Am. Originally a 400 / 4 speed car. Some years ago a nice built Pontiac 428 was installed with a Muncy transmission. This car runs and drives outstanding and has lots of power. A couple of upstanding police officers on this car prior to me. The car itself has 39, 000 original miles on it. The original interior is very indicative of the low miles. This is a 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. It has a fair body with just a few rust issues. Good trunk pan floors and frame rails. The engine is not original to the car. It has the PXR stamping which indicates a 301 cubic inch with 2 barrel. The original engine was a 400 cubic inch. It still has the shaker hood and shaker air cleaner.
