Doug gave a fair description but failed to tell that the car had a charging problem and we received the car with a discharged battery and the transport driver could not get the car off the truck.

Brand new Battery and Brand New Alternator. We had the same issue and thought those two replacements did the trick when we never had another issue with starting the car. We always want to resolve issues before a car leaves, but that can be a problem when the problem doesn't present itself until the car is literally being loaded on the truck.
