Bid ended without reserve and I was high bidder. I sent payment within 24hours of bid closing. Seller then cancelled the order and refunded my payment, stating that upon boxing the item for shipment, he realized wheels were bigger than he previously thought. I attempted to contact seller multiple times stating I was still interested in purchasing the items at price despite the wheels being a different size than advertised. Seller agreed to discuss but has since ignored all messages.

I purchased this item on December 22nd. On December 24th it updated that had shipped by USPS and would arrive by Friday, December 28th. I asked the seller for the tracking number and he said he would send it to me the next day. I never heard back from him. On December 29th it updated that it had just shipped by UPS and would arrive by January 6th. I received it on January 5th. I don't appreciate being lied to and not getting my order in a timely fashion after paying nearly $25 for shipping.
